Learn more about data processing in the USA:

Various third-party service providers are based in the United States. We would like to point out to users residing or based in Switzerland or the European Economic Area (EEA) that in the United States, surveillance measures taken by US authorities generally allow the storage of personal data of all individuals whose data has been transferred from Switzerland/EEA to the United States. This occurs without differentiation, limitation or exception on the basis of the objective pursued and without objective criteria that allow access to the data by the US authorities and their subsequent use to be limited to very specific purposes, strictly limited and capable of justifying both access to the data and their use. We would also like to point out that there is no legal remedy in the United States available to data subjects from Switzerland/EEA that would allow access to data concerning them or to have such data rectified or deleted, as well as no effective legal protection against data access rights by the US authorities. We inform data subjects of this legal and factual situation so that they can make an informed decision on whether or not to consent to the use of their data.

For users residing in one of the EU member states, please note that, from the point of view of the European Union, the United States does not have an adequate level of data protection, due in particular to the issues raised in this section. To the extent that we have explained in this privacy policy that the recipients of the data (such as Google, Facebook and Twitter) are located in the United States, we will rely either on a contract or on a certification of these companies under the Privacy Shield to ensure that an adequate level of protection of your data is ensured by our partners.

A third-party platform’s use of information collected from you (or as authorized by you) is governed by its own privacy policy and your settings on the Service. For more information, please consult the privacy policy of the corresponding social network.
